In short it’s to help you function ie cleaning, yard work shopping etc. You have to meet their criteria in order to qualify.

You take the money they give you and pay whoever does your house cleaning and snow removal. If you spend more than that, then the amount over is at your own expense. You do NOT keep receipts as they give you a certain amount and it's up to you how much you pay for service providers.

I just got vip for snow and house cleaning. Are we supposed to keep receipts or do we just pay up and keep getting renewed?
