What was done so far by those who fought since day 1 is and was fantastic.

Getting us back what was ours from now on is worth my all my reconnaissance!

Now, waiting to find out what will be the offer, and even if it isn't a good deal, I wouldn't blame our firm if it isn't as good as I wanted it. The GOC accepted to negotiate and our law firm probably got us the best offer the GOC wanted to give.
if we don't want it, our lawfirm will go all the way, but I would like it better if people would thrust them because I wouldn't fight for people who would'nt thrust me.
Secondly, the fees, what Judge Barnes decides will be fine by me. At the end, we have a say to accept or reject the offer and we can give our concerns on the fees to the Judge.

So we have a choice to do nothing and blame others for fighting this like Mr Manuge and Driscoll did or get on board with them and show the Court that we don't deserve what was proposed.

But all this not blaming those who fought for us but showing they did their best and the results needs the Court to render Justice.

So yes, and still yes even if I don't like the offer, I have respect and admiration for those who fought for us.

Propat, I think your right with regards to having an opinion once the deal is shown. Why speculate, it is either going to lead down a good path or a bad path whichever it may be. Math, numbers and facts is what I like to stick with, I tried to speculate in a positive light before and was completely ignored. So I now will attempt to follow the no opinion path because its the right path.
