Well depending on your age I'd reconsider the RDSP. Max out your RRSP contribution this will give you a credit on your taxes.

Any lawyer fees you pay will be put on line 315 "Other Deductions" which will be subtracted from your gross.

If you have kids max out their RESP. Might not give you much back but at least the government kicks in some.


And max out your TFSA's.
