The rules are that we have to be in receipt of the proposed package no later than 30 days before the approval hearing, so that means that we will get our package on or before the 14, providing they choose not to use the alternate dates. By rights, we should get it at least the same time as the judge, if not before.

Honestly, we don't really know. They have until Friday to decide if they see the judge next Monday, or wait until January. So if the hearing gets delayed, so will the date for us to receive the proposed package. What I don't understand is why, even if the package is presented to the judge on the 3rd, why do we have to wait until the 14th? Nothing is going to be affected by us getting the package earlier. In fact, unnecessarily withholding the completed proposal for the additional 2 weeks, is just mean spirited, IMO
