Hi gents

FYI, I have been posting my comments for years and signing my name to things since I started this journey many years ago. I am happy to see that you guys took to insulting me under the guise that I am or was DM. I don't use initials or have I ever hid behind anonymity, so you might want to ask yourselves why i would start, and then be stupid enough to use my own initials.

In fact and Ron/Titan can attest to this, until five minutes ago, my username and access was limited to read only, as I purposely deleted my profile so I could not respond to the wild and crazy speculation going on out there. I coined the term arm chair quarterbacks in previous posts, that is for sure, but DM on CSAT is not me.

Any of you folks ever heard the term don't believe everything you read???

Perhaps, you might employ that in the future.

I can almost smell SISIP's demise and our success

I know this a very unique class. A large portion of the class has some form of mental disorders. But yeah I would like to know everything about the negotiations but we have to play by their rules.

I trust Peter and the team to get us the best deal possible. I'm one of those if they are still negotiating it's positive for us.

Could it Also be the fact that we as the Class have had Zero input into what we think is important to us. Once again we are told from the law firm that the settlement isn't done, alot of people can't believe it because for something as large as a billion dollar settlement , they have to be done, it's going to the judge on Tuesday , so for them 2days before its required to say they are not done tells me a couple of things, maybe they just need to sign it to technically say its done or maybe this thing is going to be delayed again because they are still negioating and need extra time, either way , we as a class deserve to know and also why would the lawyers stAte the judge only says yes or no. Is there a reason to even write the judge and if the class disagrees with the settlement does that count at all or will it be judged by the best action for the class just because the GOC and law firm says so?

Teen it may be because we as a Class have been screwed over (hence the class action) We including my self are at our wits end all we want are answers. and we or should I say I am tired of waiting I take Meds to sleep I take meds to walk and I take meds to go ou doors. all I want and deserve Is what I have paid into. MY PTSD makes me short of temper and time. and if I have offended you Sorry. But that being said I am tired of being a good soldier and toeing the line,.

meathead I do respect your experiences but I am having a hard time understanding why members of the CSAT Forum do not beieve what is told to us by our lead lawyer.

Being a former MP I thought you of all people would understand the need of rumor control for a case before the courts and I hoped you would pass on the reasoning why the rules are what they are to those without knowledge of the law.
