Anyone know a timeline for getting the individual worksheets?

According to the update posted by MC we will not be getting anything with our numbers on it until the payments are being processed... Disappointed in this, but not unhappy with the total deal... just not jump up and down happy. Better tax considerations would have made it a very good deal.

The law firm originally said we would get individual worksheets by Jan. 15 to have 30 days to look over until the Feb.14 judge date. We still have no offer until we get worksheets. We cannot approve anything yet. We have nothing to go on. Yesterdays announcement was just to settle us down, but we get our info by Jan. 15.

My understanding was that we were supposed to get an individualized package from the law firm spelling out the detail of the settlement and what it means for each person, which we were supposed to give opinions on to the judge. This is what I was looking for the timeline for.

Ron... the 7.5 is on the entire package including future payments and interest and the scholarship fund... the 15.7+2 is the actual amount we pay out of the retro.

You can't expect an answer to something you know little about. There is no offer. Just words. An offer shows YOU what You have lost, You paid in taxes and fees etc. No one can decide anything based on this. Where can I find out what I am owed?? From 91? Come on. If legal wants 17.5% ...Of what? Taxes are 43% of what?

How can we possibly agree to a settlement before we see it on paper? Will we see a worksheet before writing the Judge? Perhaps it may be in our favor

I have a 20lb wild hamster running around mine, and I don't see this deal feeding it.

You will get your worksheet when the Judge in February says yes or no to the agreement.

If the Judge says yes then Manulife has 6 months (until August) to get it done, as stated in the agreement.
