I would be surprised if the Judge would even have a say in how MC spends it's money... the money for Dennis is coming out of the Lawyer's fees, so even though the judge has the final say on the % of the package the firm gets, but not what they do with it.

I think it was posted prior with regards to the 15-20 people stating give more to Dennis. I agree good luck with that when its 20 people from Csat forum. Another thing is Lastchanceforfairness, you joined the forum on 2013-01-12 were you previously a member on Csat? Who are you, I'm curious? As well, even if a 100 people feel Dennis should get more, its coming from a forum of people and that would leave what 7400 other people not writing letters. I am in no way accusing or throwing accusations, but credibility concerns come up when I see a person join the forum on January 12th and all he/she talks about is a larger reimbursement for Dennis. Take your clawback funds folks, write your individual letters and let the judge decide what stipened Dennis will recieve, but the point has been raised on a few posts and if the Judge does come on here (which I highly doubt) he will wonder what kind of people some are when they speak and act like some have.
