I could not agree with you more K9. This is not a game. We come here for help and medicine to help with our anxiety not falsehoods and lies. Please everybody only post things you know 100% to be actual.

This was started by Navrat and now that he knows, or thinks he knows that he is going to be well off because of his settlement and future payments, he doesn't care about anyone else.

All I know is he better not come back on after he finds out how much he will get screwed by CRA, and start complaining, because I will not hesitate to tell him to shut up.

People had rough times with rumors, now he's putting rumours on pay day!

They have 6 months on the day Judge Barnes accept the offer when and if he does, that is it. The rest is just mind games and we had enough.

First, sisip has a plan, the ones receiving monthly ltd in the computer are the most easy ones, they are separated by sisip. The 24 month guys are referred to by sisip as the class action part , they will be done 2nd and will take much longer. The zero sums and those receiving ltd will take a simple push of the button, and a reversal of ltd withdrawals will occur. As much as I want to believe, I have a hard time doing so. The reason is that I had called SISIP and they have yet to start working on any retro amounts, as they have been given no direction by the courts. Also talked with McInnis Cooper and they are waiting on info from SISIP. I highly doubt that come Feb the whole system could come together and payout "ZERO SUMS" within two weeks. I truely wish however. Did you have a reliable source NAV?

Cheque coming by registered mail, sisip does all the calculations, gives Peter the money, Peter sends it registered mail by cheque with deduction sheet, easy , peazy, cheque-a-roni

Wouldn't it be nice to be mail a copy of the payment agreement.
For must of you i believe are set up on direct depots.

I would like to agree to their proposed settlement before stuffing it into my account.

I got very good information regarding when we could get our settlement money? After the 15 of Feb , anyone who is owed retro and are receiving a monthly payment from sisip ltd, will have there payment within 2 weeks, and from there working down the years sisip will be working on all the 24 month guys back to 1976. I will not tell you who told me thou, but it's right from the lions mouth! Zero sums are first to be paid
