The Federal court has agreed with plaintiff that 65 Million dollars is a fair fee for services to Veterans suffering the clawed back by the Military Insurance company Sisip.

After listening to 2 days of Veterans pleas and impact statements indicating that 99% of the Veterans would suffer greatly with the settlement after the legal fees are discounted.

The Justice stated even though he felt empathy for the veterans. He has to rule within in the laws.

"The settlement is approved $65 Million for McInnes-Cooper, $50,000.00 for Cpl Manuge, Disabled Veterans will lose 55% to 65% Case Closed"

Several groups of Disabled Veterans were heard chanting this is not a Victory For Veterans!

In other News Toronto Maple lost to the Florida Panthers 10 -1.
