I found this as a sub letter document written by lead lawyer Ward. He has it foot noted in the body of his achievements and docs he authored. It details some interesting reading on actions and input of class members other then the lead and costs and who and how pays.

yup crystal clear GOV should pay and they should get paid. they are asking for 17% huge sum but well within what is reasonable for a case like this. Im sure would be happy even if it was reduced a little but I doubt it. They only spent 100k out of pocket plus annual pay of lawyers and staff so not much out lay but thats business some you do well some ya dont.

edit in - this is why I suggest we go to trial we may as well get our moneys worth if we are fighting we will win at trial but we should expect MC to spend a few million more if they are getting 65.

if we all asked something like this to the judge, i think its realistic... we as a class should certainly pay some fees.... but only pay fees on how long this case shouldve lasted like maybey one year... i dont think we should cover part of fees where goverment dragged their feet to the point they said not gonna appeal..... i putting bets thats what gonna happen

i think since this case lasted 5 years...... the lawyers put in a lot of time... however lawyers fee are not based on time put in rather its based on dollar amount the case is worth... no matter what i think lawyers deserve what they are asking for....... i think GOC should pay for lawyer fees up to the point they say not gonna appeal which is may 1st 2012 .... any other fees after may1 class should pay... either way lawyers deserve to get what they ask for no matter who pays the fees.............. i really think goverment should pay 4 years of lawyers work and we as a class get deducted 1 year of there work .... to me that would be 13000000 from the class and 52 000 000 GOC PAY if this happened this would be very fair.... no matter what i think class should pay at least 1 years worth of work because that wouldve been the minumal amount of time for this case couldve lasted... goverment made lawyers do 4 extra years of work, let them pay... either way LAWYERS DESERVE TO GET WHAT THEY ASKED... i hope i make sense on this
