Does Mr Barnes even care? If Justice is so good and wise, then why doesn't He put an end to all suffering and pain?
He is writing the final word on this and we know he has done us very well so far. So please continue to have faith and realize he cares.
On The Other Hand: (MC caused this delay not the Federal court)
Peter Discoll and Ward Branch they let the Greed factor get involved. With straight faces, supposedly educated wise men asked for a fee that turn even Bill Gate's face Red. (They asked for $13400.00/hour, 66 million,21X the base fee) .

A warrior must focus his attention on the link between
himself and his death. Without remorse or sadness or worrying, he
must focus his attention on the fact that he does not have time and
let his acts flow accordingly. He must let each of his acts be his
last battle on earth. Only under those conditions will his acts
have their rightful power. Otherwise they will be, for as long as
he lives, the acts of a fool.

I agree also! Who else agree with the above statement?

Re: The Acts of a Fool
A B.C. Supreme Court Justice recently reduced contingency fees from
over 16 million down to 5. In the article he is quoted as saying "a contingency fee agreement is not a lottery ticket". I'm wondering if that decision is weighing on Justice Barnes timetable.
