Happy, that response is what you get when some of the information you have entered into the app is wrong. The most common mistakes are putting in the spaces in your service number or having the incorrect client number. The client number is 6 digits, so if you have been putting in the zeroes, like shown on paperwork, the app will not recognize it. You can always call SISIP and they will provide you with your client number if you do not have it.

Once all the info is correct, the reply will state " Yes, your file has been processed." or "No, Your file has not been process. Please try again next month"
