I agree , I through out my Military release paperwork with my final year salary , best five years and pension amount on it , a couple of years ago. I need to get a copy.

Spoke with Laura Bruneau moments ago firebird and she advised that a Sisip client has  30 DAYS TO  REGISTER AN OFFICIAL CALCULATION DISPUTE APPEAL FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR CHEQUE. YOU NEED TO REGISTER YOUR INTENT TO DISPUTE YOUR SISIP CALCULATION WITH LAURA BRUNEAU DIRECTLY WITH HER OFFICE. THIS CAN BE DONE VIA EMAIL. FURTHER MORE, YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW THE MATH, RECORDS AND ANY FACTS RELATING TO THE DISPUTE OF NUMBERS IN YOUR VIEW. It is important to also know that you don`t need to have all your paperwork in order to register your intent to dispute within the 30 days but you must register within those 30 days.
For any disability pension dispute, you must also register your appeal within 90 days of Sisip`s decision on your disability pension. In this case as well, you don`t need all your paperwork submitted within the 90 days but you must officially register your intent to appeal with Laura Bruneau and Dan Wallace.

Yes there is but the law firm and adjudicator will deal with it.

If we are part of the original 7500 class action, are we to receive our check no matter what at the end of Sept/Oct? Is there a way SISIP could screw us?
