Shit sorry, my bad, I was looking at the chart BEFORE they put in the new top up. That'll change the calculations.

I actually was paid 29000 in 2011, my 40% increase cross referenced with the chart is now 34000

ok so my 2013 payout was 29000 @ 10%

using the chart my new one should be 10% of 340,000 or 34000

new payout 34000
minus prev 29000
equals 5000

the chart shows the adjusted lump sum increase back to 2006

Yeah thays what I did.

So in for your 5% in 2011, the top rate that year was $285,319. So, 5% of that is $14,265. That's your new entitlement. Subtract what you ACTUALLY got paid from that.

For your 10% in 2013, the top rate was $298,587. 10% of that is $29,858. That's your 2013 entitlement. Subtract what your ACTUALLY got paid from that

And so on and so forth.

So, you should've gotten:

2011 5%- $14,265
2013 10%- $29,858
2014 10%- $30,127
2016 64%- $198,641

That's what the new calculations say you SHOULD have been paid. Total it up to $272,891.

Subtract that total from what you've ACTUALLY been paid, and there's your answer.

I think most ppl will find it disappointing. I'll be getting about $50k for a 100% award from 2008.

Yes same condition with 2 different pay outs. Both payments where based on whatever max amount was for that year. I'm unsure if I calculate them as 2 separate or as 1 total.

Those that have more than one award in different years, you need to make your calculations for each award, you then need to add all of your calculations to get your retro result.
