How does someone get there file and this sort of crisis resolved with VAC?   Seems like issues are popping up like wildflowers from one province to another.
Let's work together and find a solution, this is embarrassing for Canada.
P.S VAC
Your team that you  put together VAC is unfair.
Where is the Junior NCM? Although rank shouldn't matter.
Please get things right!
Real lives are counting on you guys!

First and foremost I am not new to the veterans affairs file and the cracks within its system. I have WE have been fighting VAC since we fought to get them involved in 2012, my husband was INJURED in 2005. The abandonment and blatant abuse by this system is too much. They CAN and WILL do what ever they want. I can not sit silent, while they sit there and quote their bureaucratic policies, blissfully and ignorantly to veterans they are FAILING. These policies and guidelines are harming veterans quality of life and destroying any hopes of a healing process or some sort of quality of life. I wouldn't treat a stray dog the way VAC has treated my husband and family. What VAC has done, is falsely make a complaint to the RCMP, in what is a malicious discriminatory attack on a veteran with the intent on causing sever duress. This system has shown blatant disregard and incomprehensible negligence in regards to ones personal well being and the treatment of their clients. My husband has received NOTHING but the run around in by means of a treatment plan he was given nothing but a paper push, from one doctor to another, from one form to another, to another, to another. Till sheer exhaustion not only for him the veteran, but his healthcare professionals. Now he has no treatment plan, because yes he has benefits, but no doctor so he is unable to have access. On top of that to be constantly fighting with VAC all the TIME and then one way or another trying to close out his file and treat him with such discrimination and negligence. And low and behold they have him on the security threat list even thou the statements and investigation proved the incident to be a FAR stretch. Who monitors these sites? Whose hired to dissect veterans posts in any advocacy site on the Internet? Who has the authority to make a threat complaint about a veteran to the police? Who marks him security threat? If the police deem the complaint hogwash, how is it still policy to have it marked security threat? So NO access to veterans affairs office or NO case manager home visits. It doesn't take a rocket scientists to connect the dots a  monkey could connect the dots. The Case manager was out here two weeks prior to the incident report, for two hours trying like hell or high water to get him/us to sign off on her being his case manager. Told us "There's a 1 800 number, "yeah no thanks, "you are really good advocates," a yeah all self taught through no help of yours. And I can't forget the jaw dropping Janet Jackson quote " Well what have I done for you lately" it took everything in my being not to jump out of my skin screaming YEAH WHAT HAVE YOU DONE??????? She tried one way or the other to bring up we don't need her but continued to get an affirmative NO from both of us. In conversation while she was here he had mentioned the site, and veterans he has met through advocating and things he's been up too. We REFUSED to sign off. Two weeks later security threat complaint FASLEY made to the police. Feb.19. 2016Not a word from VAC, tried phoning IRO left messages, tried phoning case manager left messages. Did not receive a call back UNTIL APRIL 15th. 2016 to let him know he is on the security threat list! Shock me,  shock me, so you ( VAC) did what you wanted to do to drop him at the sake of his safety and wellbeing and the welfare of his family. Seriously I couldn't make this stuff up if I wanted too. How is it ok for the department of veterans affairs to see to it that they discriminate against the mentally disabled and weaponize their clienteles injuries in ordered to use it against them? Where is this MORALLY ok? Where is this LEGALLY ok?? Where is this PUBLICLY and SOCIALLY acceptable?? WELL it is NOT, and I will NEVER publicly cower to a SYSTEM that goes far beyond lack of proper compensation, to down right criminal negligence with intent on causing harm to their clientele. My husband is NOT the THREAT, Veterans Affairs is the THREAT. The system failed him/us from the get go it was never truly meant to HELP, we have fought this system that stigmatizes from within from the beginning, to be out right attacked, abused, neglected and abandoned. There is NO treatment PERIOD. VAC cannot take back what they have done to him, to me, to our kids. Years.....YEARS of walls and hoops and paper pushing, like a chicken with its head cut off! YEARS of one specialists to the next to the next to the next to the next........For what??? YEARS of self teaching, legal papers, medical papers, conditions, terminology, files, advocating, self learning the game, the tacts the terminology, the system.........For What??? For a veteran who has benefits he can't access because their is no general practitioner to take or want his file. For a veteran who the VERY Department and people who are suppose to take care of him are falsifying information to the POLICE in ordered to cut of his one life line his case manager, it's a death line if you ask me. This is a VETERAN who is deemed TPI, this is a PERSON with a brain injury to his right frontal lobe, this is someone who is affected by PTSD. This is not treatment. Treatment does not involve weaponize your clienteles injuries VAC in order to justify the abuse and neglect through your policies and system. There will NEVER be trust, to say the bridges are burnt is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! If I knew this is where reaching out for help, for my struggling veteran would have led, I would have NEVER asked for it.
