it's a 2 edged sword ,a CM is supposed to help you with applying for disability through forms,and required to assist you in following a rehab plan,and yet isn't medical information supposed to be confidential,between patient/ dr. Only? I guess it does make a CM s job harder if they have expectations of you and have no idea what they are up against.However l dont want my personal issues just bounced around to every VAC employee either.

Recently a psychiatrist completed an assessment of my mental state and forwarded it to "VAC", I am just wondering,who exactly has access to that part of my file. I have a CM, but based on what is being asked of me ,it makes me wonder if the CM even read the document. Then again does a CM even get to read Dr. recommendations or is it just other VAC dr.s or people higher in the food chain. I.e. if l were to skip my CM and phone the 800 #  and get a random VAC employee on the phone,after l give them my K # can they just automatically see/read everything a medical professional has written about you?
