Question regarding decision

Yes when I talked to her last week she said wait another week. If still nothing she said she can send in a note or something ?
My CM is pretty new to the job, she said she’s been a CM for 3 months, so I think there’s a lot she still doesn’t know.

Maybe call your CM and talk to them again.

The analyst didn’t tell me if my decision was favourable or anything. But my CM did. Yes all my information is correct, and I use my vac account so all of my letters go there.
They told me 2 weeks ago I should hear something in a week, but I didn’t. So I called again Friday and they said call back and keep checking weekly. I Just figured once the decision is marked it wouldn’t take this long to get a letter or vac account update.

My VAC account showed completed Thursday had decision letter in the mail box Tuesday.

Analyst insisted the existing policy is to not disclose decisions over the phone, perhaps it depends on the decision.
