RCMP Lawsuit Empty RCMP Suit

Post by Horseman Sun 07 Nov 2021, 12:07

Why would the Federal Court  create a statute of limitations on any injury suit, be it for the DND; RCMP;  Indian Schools. Each of these institutions were created by the Federal Government of Canada. The whisper of their  many voices remains alive and omnipresent  to all who have been rejected and treated unfairly. In my opinion, this cut-off decision appears to be economically based rather then getting to root of the problem. The RCMP has a long history of member abuse those before 1995 have now even the court has become party to more discrimination.. How do you silence those people who served their country, province, city and town. The Court should be speaking for the complete solution and that requires there be no statute of limitation.
