Well it should all but 25 minutes, since they have closed, or made up reasons to close nearly 90% of our files.

Yes, I want to know if SISIP is a disinterested party, then why are they doing everything in their power to obstruct the proceedings. They've intentionally passed on incorrect info, they've delayed processing and calculating payments for those clients they full well knew would be reinstated until they were absolutely forced to. Who has passed down the word to behave in such a manner.

Sisip has wasted this time, and Big Rex is correct, the judge should consider this when ruling on legal fees or damages, because sisip has not been there these last couple of weeks and it required Peter almost getting an emergency meeting to get these cheques moving

So in other words, they have wasted all this time screwing the pooch and that people will get their fist cheque after November 9th. Why have they waited so long? they knew this has been coming. All these delays had better be recorded, and briefed to the judge, so that he can see just how the government and SISIP (who is supposed to be a disinterested party), are continuing to screw us over.

I can confirm as of this morning Oct. 22, 2012 09:30 hrs , there are several people dedicated to processing The Class Action Claiments and they will be going through all of the " OFFSET TO ZERO " claiments beginning today through to Nov . 09 ,2012 .
Not sure if it is alphabetical or not , BUT , the " FIRST BENEFIT CHECK " will be a paper check with the " DECLARATION PACKAGE " ........ via ....... Expresspost that will require " YOUR SIGNATURE " .
This has begun as of this Morning .
So when the Expresspost guy comes a knockin , twd's the front door , start a walkin ...........
If any additional info. becomes avail. that i can Legally post , then i will do so asap.......right here .
