I think that if you have to many fingers in the pie then by the time the thumbs are pulled your behind by a 6 month time period, Manulife should have your info period we should not have to beg for what is ours, this again is another freak show that is meant to deter pandemonium.

Do we not have a Manulife client number I use it to log onto the SISIP site regularly it was issued in 2003 when I began my CAR

I still think the only way to inform the class members without letting everyone and their dog know who has been paid is to use our VAC client number. It can be used to identify each person, but has no bearing on personal credit and cannot be used to gather personal information, by anyone other than VAC.

I have no qualms or quarrels with any of the staff. Both Annette and Kristine have returned my calls and were very professional and concerned. I just hope the speed of Sisip allows for more claims to be done soon. Its going to be tough to here of some getting retro while others may be 6 months from now and think all the while they are next.

I do not know how or why this post started, but I can assure you since Annette Hartlen was hired, she kept me informed, but phone and email. And gave me my LTD with back pay to Oct 2012.
