Peep,......YES you should sue against the law firm....... inciting that the 17.83% legal fee's were unjust. I hear law firms will take on the case for free and only charge 30% of out come if they win. lol

So if I have to pay 17.83% then I should assume that I am being started LTD....should I knot.

If I do pay 17.83% and I am not started. Then I can assume I will be at a legal standing to sue the Law Firm for misleading me and the courts. for money loss and damages.

I hold no credit buddy but I have to admit it would be nice to see a large reduction in legal fees and an apology from the government of Canada. Leave no vet behind means, don't snow ball anyone while your trying to convince the judge your screwing them while he holds your hand. Glad the JB is a dedicated and reputable icon in the Judicial world and not a third rate legal firm that has yet to inform us of anything.
