Everyone including you can write or call MC and request what ever info you wish. But they have nothing to report . Believe me they want this over also. They are stressed like we are, just they react to stress with an educated more publicly acceptable approach. (by saying little or nothing)

They, MC, are totally embarrassed they got caught attempting to ripping off veterans for an attempt to recover 66 Zillion, Billion, killion, dollars.

When a educated professional Judge has to write a statement to discipline LAWYERS/LAW FIRMS it takes time to word it properly. ( Read what Paul Vickery wrote in the crowns statement regarding fees)

No matter what the delay in my opinion it is a good thing so please mellow men its the best thing for us. Just wait and see !
