My member of parliament is a Conservative. Come to think of it my whole Province of Alberta is. lol

But good idea Acerman.

What happens if a VET on this "LIST" is not found.....there will be some with out question? A clause in the agreement, I believe will after so many years reverts the trust money totally to the LAW FIRM pockets. (a good portion of it) So......with all the holes filled THE FIRM will do little to find these VETS due to cost. The Lawyers will say.......we don't get paid till you get paid is a half truth. Eventually they will....when time runs out!!!!!

Can we get a Member of Parliament other then one in the Conservative party to verify this statement?...... "That the GOC DID actually send the 7500 members info to MC"?

Yes the burden of proof is always on the back burner, No , i do not have proof , what i can say is this :

March . 27 , 2013 @ 08:10:08 hrs. Peter Driscoll e-mail me @ home to say that : The GOC recently provided us " MC " the List of Members in Advance of the Decision being issued . There are " OVER 7500 " Members on the List " WITH CONTACT DETAIL " .

Once the Decision is issued we will be Contacting each individual . We cannot and will not issue the list to you asPrivacy Laws prelude us from doing so .

The Proposed Order specifically sets out the process we are to follow in ADMINISTERING THE REFUNDS should the agreement BE APPROVED
BT THE COURT . We cannot operate outside of the authority of the order of the Court .

Do we have any proof that MC is in possession of all 7500 members? Remember it was Peter himself that said we and our families would be happy with final proposal! Personally without any proof can we believe him? I just can't understand why anyone would believe this firm after what they just did to us all!!!!!

Isn't it great that all these Vets have been notified that they are part of the Class Action and that they will have to pay legal fees. Talk about hearing that something good is coming your way then finding out somebody is going to take a peice of it and you can't do anything to stop them.

No update form MC, just him defending himself

I was never contacted by the Law Firm with a letter about the class action lawsuit , I was not contacted by anyone about anything.

OK, now he has their names. So what? What he needs to say is that he has up to date contact information for each one, (and not the info SISIP had on them from when they released), and that letters are being sent out to each and every one of them to inform them that they are indeed members of the class and a copy of the proposed settlement. Those newly contacted individuals should also be given the right to submit a letter to the judge, while waiting for his decision.
