Re: MORNING THERAPY FOR VETERANS
I believe it might have been RR, who approached me back then , in the day, and asked "" Where do I get me one of those Naval uniforms"" Which I replied ,,,, Son, you have to earn the right to wear the whites"" but I will recommend a trade transfer, just practice your drill, grow a beard and it will happen!

Re: MORNING THERAPY FOR VETERANS
That Deen Teen is my inner Quasimodo finding commonality among the seamless scar tissue and the never ending fears that haunt our readers. Supposedly if you reveal your handicap then people tend to sympathize with you, unless your an ex soldier or a veteran. Yet we as a community are glad that the Quasimodo's in life lift that blanket of individuality and our own fears are staged in the presence of others. Unfortunately for some that fear is constantly refuted and the suffering continues to erode the living soul so fierce that no one ever listens to "Quasimodo". They see only the ugly twisted scabbed over lips spew untangle and guttural moans that give the creature a more hideous existence. My Avatar represents all the beauty and inner soul of a human so normal and not alone because of choices and a failure to be called ugly. I am a veteran I am a warrior and I am in a better place thanks to you Ron and the hideous (you know what I mean) members of VV1.
PS thanks for fixing this and I mean more than the Forum buddy.

Re: MORNING THERAPY FOR VETERANS
Well fixing this was on my "to do" list and today I was juggling 4 things and this was one of them. So I let the other 3 items hit the floor and fixed the whole site. So now all threads and replies are the same.
Robbie what the hell is up with your new avatar? It looks like a giant pink frog choking out a cod! LOL

Re: MORNING THERAPY FOR VETERANS
Hey Keith my Royal brother I am happy for you and all others that have partial closure on the SISIP mat, but please allow yourself the amazing euphoria that comes with this victory. I am seriously amazed that many of my friends can smile and hopefully ease some of the finical oppression caused by this thievery. Trust me when I say this but I am down to 60 days or less and I will celebrate with or without you lol. Everyone needs to embrace this day even if you have a few more weeks to wait, hell I am spending your retro as we speak my brothers and sisters. Now get going and feel no remorse at your victory celebrate.

Re: MORNING THERAPY FOR VETERANS
Nice to see members on therapy morning, for myself this has been my main go to place just to express oneself and let off a bit of steam. Well thanks to all for allowing me to be on this journey with you all, and thanks for your well wishes now that I was processed. I thought for myself this would bring some sense of excitment and relief like it has for so many and rightfully so, you all deserve it so much. Its not that i'm glad this small administration part will be over and so thankfull for all those who have given of there time and time again to help not only I but many others. I spent most of the night just reading posts from our members getting excited when one by one confirmed they have been done, then seeing so many more that are on here regular helping each other not, it just knocked the fn wind out of me. This is just the way my mind works and yes I was some what pissed that WOV, RR, TEEN, SAPPER, AND SO many others have to wait once again, I am just having a hard time accepting that those who seen us through this from the start are not done, yet they are so humbel and will continue helping despite not being processed and that gives me so much respect for these amazing VETS. Sorry for babbling a bit just wish I had that magic wand, so for myself my true excitment will come when all are done, and will be here to help in what ever capacity I can. Hey my Brother Steve thanks for your support and for MORNING THERAPY. thinking of all rucksack031 over but never out

Re: MORNING THERAPY FOR VETERANS
Thank you kindly Robbie.
You and others make a lot of people feel so welcome even though that so many are not known personally to each of you.
I am amaze that so many are understanding. I'm usually the one on the other side. I really didn't know where to turn too.
God Bless all of you and have a great weekend.

Re: MORNING THERAPY FOR VETERANS
Seeing how veterans come together lately affords me the ability to prognosticate how truly gifted our community has become.
It appears that the ominous bellicose have departed and opted to take refuse in the filthy gleys still struggling to gain momentous notoriety by attacking our veterans. To that I say sink you bastards, maybe you will accept the inevitable, you can't beat down the warrior spirit.
I have been asked numerous times to put my pen to use to enlighten and build on my Therapy Corner. I have been told it allows us to identify individually what we all feel as one. I do agree my sole intend is and always will be to share, assist, poke fun of,make you laugh and at times cry.
So today I talk about Community. A word that smothers the true meaning of our unique society and I love how this community has developed character. Now that word "character" is our identity and the moral fibre that puts this community above and beyond the rest. I find that no matter your path in life you will flock or band together in a click and within that click you fulfill a position based on your value to that organization. Well take a look here troops we are all leaders and all are equal with a specific goal, accept, educate, honour, respect and most important quality listen. We have no stripes around our arms nor do we have pips and crowns that defy us as better than those without rank. I look at how we band together and help everyone not just warriors but the wives, sons and daughters of our brotherhood. Veterans helping veterans is truly what builds character and character is what enables this community to thrive. We have a tendency to shoot first and ask questions later but if you look back and ask why, you only have to see the last month or so and there is your answer. Look at Wife of Veteran how felt so exposed in other forums and now come here regularly without persecution and has made her own humble beginnings among friends. Ghillie is another lovely lady who just wants to feel at home among our community and I know these are a few of the fortunate ones that have stabilized our community by giving it character.
We are all a story within a huge volume of existence but here within the open vault of character we are all an understood creation of our fears, happiness and our deepest thoughts.
Maybe those that perceive this community as artificial should ask to venture deep within the soul of a veteran without critically condemning through some perceived theory based on a thought processes that does not even substantiate the whole veteran environment.
I will continue with my writing as long as you the veteran voice continue to help and heal through others, remember you are never alone, never without a voice or a thought.
Cheers
