Lemire, if you are unsure if SISIP has you on their files, call and ask for the class action team. Once you have someone there on the phone, don't ask if your file has been done, or anything like that, because they won't tell you. But what they will tell you is your SISIP claim number (even if you already know it). If they have that info available, that means you are on their list to pay, and this will alleviate any worries that you may have about accidentally being left out of the payment process. If they do not have your claim number, then you call the lawyers and get them investigate for you.

They have six months to get the money to us.  So some of us won't see our funds until Nov.  That is what was approved.  Getting a lawyer at this point won't do anything for anyone and I doubt you would find any lawyer that would step into this at this time.  Or if you did, he would want payment up front.  But at this point, I don't think there is any case to take on.  The judge approved the settlement and they were given till Nov to pay everyone out.  I know it is difficult to wait when we have money coming to us but soon Nov will be here. You will either have your money then or you won't.   But facts are they have until Nov to pay out the funds.

I have not got my money yet.  Would I like it now?  Sure, but I also know they have until Nov to get it to me.
