SISIP steals our COLA:

CPPD approved: $1018 but SISIP takes $1058
Cf pen: $160 but they take $173

Clear violations of s. 44(b) in my case & 24(b) in Reg F case

SISIP deducts the wrong amount for these clawbacks.

They cannot use the CPPD with COLA, same for CF pension. (Div 2, 2. 24(b) & Div 3, s. 44(b))

Did anyone receive interest and COLA on retroactive LTD money that was past the court decision date of May 31 , 2012 because I received my retroactive LTD amount under my favourable appeal decision and there was no interest and COLA on the funds from June 1 , 2012 to Jan. 30 , 2016?
