Bulldozer trick to getting through a government line is to depress *0 (star sign zero) or #0  (number sign zero) instead of just 0 (zero) but I guess that doesn't help if you cant get through in the first place.

i'm getting the running around again! sent my federal tax calculations 7 months ago and  getting no answers from them . quebec calculation are done from july i call many times they say, i see something in the future but its not clear call back at the end of the month,Wonder if there working with computers or Crystal balls?so today i was pissed off so i call the resolution number and the lady told me where did you get this number your not suppose to call this number and second your from quebec the resolution center is not the same number so she gave me the fringin Crystal ball number, go figure? every time i call the line is busy somebody has a solution besides  fortune cookies?

Taxes are finally finished. Had my accountant contact the resolution center last week with the number provided on this site and went from owing $36000 to a refund of almost $10000. Would have been lost without all the info provided here. Thanks everyone.

Hi Sparrow, don't really know about the math, been away for awhile and on return found the same info that was given to Navrat in the mail.

Found out my 40 dollars a month gross increase from sisip ltd monthly was my Manuge cola settlement monthly increase. I just got the statement in the mail. "The recent Manuge COLA settlement as communicated in the preliminary notice and available @ leavenovetbehind.ca may have resulted in an adjustment to your future ltd payment. Any retroactive payments will be paid at a later date. Please call1-855-370-0025 with any questions" better than nothing.
