She has already done that. She wrote that it was at least a minimum of 3/5, or major aggravation, based on medical evidence from my med docs. But we all know that VRAB doesn't listen to doctors very often.

Yes, that is correct. You should be paid at the 10% mark, which will be paid a t the 2015 rates of $30669, minus the roughly 1600 paid out already. Should make for a good new year .I can only hope I am as lucky, since I just heard I'll be having my appeal hearing soon, hoping to get higher than 1/5 of 15% they initially gave me for my back.

So you should be receiving the difference between 2% and 10%, or an 8% payment, if I understand what you have written.

Previous décision from VAC: 2/5 at 5 p. 100 = paid 2% disability award

VRAB decision: now: 4/5 at 10 p. 100

My understanding: now paid at 4/5 at 10%= 8% disability award so 8-12 is paid at 10% rate disability
