Thoughts...

Have to give the new guy a chance, but remember this is just a short term minister with an election in the fall even if Harper wins ministers will very likely change. The root of the problem is with the bureaucrats in vac and people are finally starting to realize this so now maybe with improved policy and implementation we can have equality between systems/veterans. hopefully we should see pretty quickly how sincere they are about this file.

It is very good Fantino is finally out. I will remember him as a very bad puppet with not enough rope given to him by Harper for his demotion.

I can not comment on Erin o'Toole, but as the new minister at least he actually served in the CF.
However, could he not have rejected his appointment?  Being it under the strings of Harper?

Sincerity, fiber, and Integrity come to mind... Time will tell.

Remember, ministers do not direct or order the PMO, it's the other way around.
