I could be wrong here but was there not a list put out by MC with the names of Veterans who they were looking to reach as they were indeed part of the Law suit...but did not contact Manulife or MC to get their settlement ?

Try going thru the Military Ombudsman. SISIP starts with the DND so ask him to look into it. He can make the request to the MND to get MVA involved, and the CF release center.

I see your point bigrex as much as I don't like it. I wonder if VETS Canada could get the list of names of the unaccounted Sisip claims from McInness Cooper and have their volunteers on the ground cross reference them. It just seems to me that something needs to be done as I am sure there are Homeless Veterans on that list.

I doubt VAC will act on this. They will use some excuse about privacy issues and sharing names with a non governmental agency. Like has been said, it is cheaper if these Veterans remain as just names on a list, instead of flesh and bone people, that can cash a cheque.

No responses from MVA Hehr or DW about the above post reference Homeless Veterans and Sisip money. I am somewhat surprised at MVA Hehr's facebook account as my post did not even pass the security screening. ???

Take into account not all homeless Veterans were medically released...but once Identified this point could be used in their cross reference with the Law Firm.
