Sunday is Mental health day so in a way, it has been a day I've been taking part since a while, it is as important for me as the 11th of November, living with someone with mental health illness is even more and their is no medals for them, they have all my gratitude and without them, I wouldn't be here today, so Sunday I will have all of you in my toughs !
