Notice New Category Created

As you can see I have created a new category " CSAT Forum Index & Explanatory Notes "

I like to keep the forum members informed as much as I can when things are being implemented on the forum.

As you all know as the Forum Master I have to look at the CSAT Forum from a perspective of both the registered members and the non registered individuals that view the Forum outside of being a registered member.
There is a contact link for individuals outside of being registered that is directly linked to me to respond.
In the short time I have been the Forum Master I have had quite a few messages sent to me which is good because it's all about helping Veterans , and that is a good thing.

The new Category created is not intended for us regular members who are up to speed on the various topics posted in this new category.
Although they maybe some points that will help or interest some of us in this new category.
So my apologies to anyone who may be offended as to the context posted in this new category , I can assure all of you that I am fully aware of all your active knowledge you all have with regards to the topics posted in this new category.
I hope you can embrace this new category as show of respect to those who from the outside are not as familiar as we members are.

I have posted information , and will continue to post information in this new category from a number of compiled messages that I have received from outside the Forum.
Some examples are older Veterans who are not computer savvy and Family members ask me if I would mind if they join the Forum on behalf of the Veteran.
Some have asked me where is the index.
Some have forgotten their password.
Some ask me where do I find a certain location for a certain benefit.

There's many more examples of messages that has resulted in me feeling comfortable creating this new category , a Veteran is a Veteran , and I think it's important that we at least do our best to try and help as many as we can , as it is what we stand for here on CSAT.
I also think that this new category will aid those thinking of registering , and those who have just registered.
