Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
I've gotten nowhere officially. I spoke to CRA appeals for 2 hours & she agreed with everything & then DENIED me! Wow.
Since then, I applied to WCB ( as a class A Reservist, I can get WCB, I think that is STUPID but...) & NL told me no as I get "Compensated" by SISIP LTD!
I appealed BUT I sent CRA the denial letter as a province stated SISIP LTD is Compensation for personal injury at work ☺
Chew on that CRA!

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
LawnBoy reference your video "Appeal SISIP taxation to CRA" and your request form T5007 to change to Workers' Compensations Benefits, I see your video was done on July 25th of this year, when did you send in your appeal? How long before you expect an answer on this? I am interested in this and would like for you to keep us up to date on this particular appeal.
Thanks

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
I try ☺
SISIP LTD is my target
They forced me to get CPPD & then I lose more than I got:
I got $1k but lose $2550 per month for a loss of $1550 per month
I got $14k CPPD but was billed for $39k! Asshats. -$25k!
That is why I am certain I will win my lawsuits.
No sane judge would agree this is fair.
Especially when they see I discovered another vet in the same situation but not getting shafted as badly. He only loses the value of CPPD one time despite having Sun Life & SISIP.
BTW, though I prob should start a new thread: DYK SISIP takes too much off in COLA?
My CPPD was $1017 in 2014 so they must take that off, not take CPPD's COLA into account.

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
Yes the Dropbox file worked, but Videos from Dropbox will not work, they will work for only a short time and then expire. So far the file is holding up, so files from Dropbox should be OK.
Really enjoyed watching your videos, your an intelligent man who holds great knowledge of these issues, you are doing a great service to all Veterans!
