Veterans Affairs Canada Stakeholder Summit, to be held on Wednesday, October
5 and Thursday, October 6, 2016 (half day only), at the Hilton Lac Leamy
Hotel, 3 Boulevard du Casino, Gatineau, Quebec.

There is no organized protest in Gatineau on Oct 4th, that I'm aware of.

Oh I am so relieved that the group "Quilts for Valor" got their invite to the Stakeholder Summit.

The work this group has done to make quilts for veterans in old age homes deserved to be at the Summit to make sure they could vote on how important veteran issues like life long pension, benefits, lump sum payments could make sure our Minister was doing his job properly and in a timely fashion!

If any well informed veteran organization can make this government accountable it is definitely a golden aged group of women who make quilts!!
