Actually I thought that the questions are dealing with the same thing but I see now that they are different. The many thing is that you got the correct answers on here to help you with each situation.

I understand , I just meant that if CPPD is deducted from SISIP then SISIP is not deducted from CPPD for example , as your questions where overlapping and therefore I thought you were making things confusing for youself as it is confusing dealing with all the offsets from SISIP , ELB , CPPD , Military Pension and VAC pension. I know because I just recently went through it by receiving CPPD and had to pay back SISIP and Military Pension and before that I received LTD back pay and had to pay back ELB.

The questions I asked were individual scenario's and related to each situation that I am dealing with. I wasn't trying to be duplicitous. Thank you for your help, it was appreciated.

The questions asked all relate to the ELB increase crossed with those on LTD who are not receiving ELB and have not applied for the ELB, OR those who are receiving LTD and have been approved for ELB and need to provide info to obtain the ELB 15% increase. Yes the questions may be overwhelming for some, but also helpful for others. So it all comes down to adding more help/info to the forum.

You are running around in circles with all of the different incomes for disabilities and it can get very overwhelming and confusing.

The answer is no, CPPD does not deduct from DVA or LTD.

Does CPPd deduct any offsets specifically LTD and DVA monthly pension off of the CPPd monthly benefit? I know that LTD deducts for CPPd but wondering if CPPd deducts for these as well.
