That pic is interesting. Standing behind Pat on the left with the red tie is Liberal MP Sean Casey, who happens to be my MP for Charlottetown, and the VA critic at the time. I had a lot of discussions with him back then. About 2 moths ago, I see him in a coffee shop and ask why they are dragging their feet on the lifelong pension. He reverted to Hehr speech. Like the parrot they all turn into, and turn their backs to us. And yes he is also a lawyer. VVV...

Here's a video I found that dates back to June 2012.
I posted it here for all to view, I think it shows a good example of just how bad the New Veterans Charter really is, and how this new Charter is hurting all disabled Veterans who are subject to it.
It also gives a realistic view, or opinion of how the government past, and present with their bureaucratic heartless system, work for themselves, not Veterans.
