I had a caseworker point blank lie. It's disgusting. I live abroad anyone else get a caseworker with the initials BM that lied to them .

I agree. Nothing like being lied to by your own caseworker, a federal employee with no recourse. I would advise all to keep accurate records and get everything on record. Record all calls.

We are not alone; VAC isn't the only Federal Government Department that is FUBAR. When your Canadian Citizens are not your priority, why even care about your country or want to serve it? Both major political parties are to blame for this.
