No, the CIA, (soon to be APSC), CIAS, and the new ELB replacement (IRB), are payable for life, unless your situation improves.

Rehab Plan Question

I received a letter from my case manager advising me that I have completed the rehabilitation plan and no longer requires a case manager. It further states that I will continue to receive ongoing Elb as I am deemed DEC. I am also in receipt of CIA and CIA supp even though the letter do not mention either. So my question is do I lose these two benefits now that I am no longer on rehab plan?
