Re: DEC removal
Yes, a lot of the paperwork that VAC has Doctors fill out, specifically asks if there is a likelihood that the condition will improve, and what type of time frame is expected. So if your doctor wrote that with treatment, that you could possibly return to work, even if it's after several years, that will be used against against you.

Re: DEC removal
the decision would have to be evidence based. If your doctors say you are healthy and ready to return to work, you will loose DEC. If your doctors state you cannot return to work, you will continue to be DEC. Keep in contact with your health care professionals, follow their advice and hopefully one day you will feel good enough to return to work.

DEC removal
I’ve seen posts here about people saying they’ve been pulled from REHAB and/or ELB by VAC but has anyone here eve4 been found to have a DEC and then get reassessed 2 years later and had VAC decide to remove their DEC.?
