Your point regarding claims of those who are over 100% is valid....who knows what VAC is thinking. Some have suggested approving all claims as most will/should be legit and approved anyways and then sort through them because there are many who just don't have much time left. It is just wrong that thousands have to wait years just to hear anything.

What was there excuse before covid hit, lol. I’ve been saying this for years, a sure fire way to thin the claims, is the fact that some of that pile have been submitted by veterans who are already listed as 100% disabled but still have multiple injuries. In those cases there is no longer a monetary payout from VAC, a positive claim only results in the veteran being able to access paid for treatment or accessories.
