Got approved for 'access to nutrition'. Submitted claim /bills for grocery/food ... denied.
Medavie Blue Cross denied with no explanation
What qualifies as 'access to nutrition'? any examples would be greatly appreciated.
Phone number they provide to call busy all the time.

I just got a denial for a claim for a test procedure yesterday. They said it wasn't covered under my pensioned condition and listed two of my pensioned conditions. They did not mention the one it comes under. (or the other 2 conditions)
I am at a loss what information they base their decisions on.

Medavie Blue Cross Claims
Just wondering if anyone else has had claims denied by Blue Cross as a VIP client (Group B)?
I recently had a claim denied because it was not related to my pensioned condition. When I
ask on the secured email site, I was given a lot of BS. When I requested to speak to a Manager
(5 Times) they refused which forced be to file a complaint thru Compliance (Blue Cross complaint
department). This led to a payout of my claim but no explanation of why no manager would intervene.
My complaint over the front line staff/Managers still stands.
