CIB for PTSD

I’m curious how this precedent will go. Curious if you had to undergo inpatient care for psychological reasons or if outpatient will be considered also. I’ve applied for this benefit 3 times over 7 years. I’m waiting for my appeal hearing currently. I was hit during an svbied. Air lifted, operated and punted out of the hospital. I’m diagnosed with ptsd as well as physical injuries. I wonder if the appeal board will now consider the bigger picture and scope of both physical and mental injuries.

Fabian Henry won his appeal / 7 year battle with VAC. This should be a precedent for many veterans/military members! Spread the news!
