CAF Recruitment Input

Would be nice if Medical Released persons could be hired back in some capacity.

Its hell looking for job on the outside.

I believe the CAF/recruitment will be an issue for years to come.....unless the veterans are looked after. These politicians and bureaucrats don't want what is best for Canada...they just want to make themselves look good, which is why they talk so much and do so little.

It is simple....history does tend to repeat itself and as long as veterans/soldiers are thrown under the bus pushed into the cracks and neglected, the military will always have an issue of recruiting. They think by lowering the standard is the best way to increase recruitment....lmao Sure......have pins and needles sticking out of your face and look like a clown is the best idea to increase the ranks! Anand and Eyre don't care if a person has no self-respect ...or what bad dye job just messed up your purple hair, just put the uniform on and pretty please show up to work so we can please Mr. Trudeau....even if it is only temporary.
