CIB after Sexual Trauma

Always appeal , l am. Every successful CIB opens up a window, l never spent a day in the hospital,  nor did she, she was granted cib because she had 3 of the quality of life factors

I applied for this in 2015, I was wounded in action in Afghanistan, I was told that I didn’t meet the criteria because I didn’t spend enough time in the hospital, I wonder if being treated for PTSD for a minimum of once a month for 17 years meet the criteria?

One has to read between the lines of this article- it basically says " VAC cannot comment on CIB , because they are currently reviewing the criteria. "
To me, that says " first PTSD, now sexual trauma veterans have found a hole in our policy, this document was designed to look like we are helping veterans, but to practically pay out to no one, we need to make the wording even more stringent,  because now we are about to get a flood of claims using these first 2 as president "
