Peter D cannot put any pressure on vac since VAC is not part of te class action. They are simply following the spirit of Justice Barnes decision in sisip ltd. Thank to Minister Blaney for following Minister MacKay lead not to appeal the decision.

If so, head must roll for the case in Edmonton, Suicide case. We've lost so many souls, after the fact, due to the culture of career over humans...are we animals? Leadership and respect is earned threw actions, not words!

Blaney is the first VAC Min. that ever did a thing for me. I have been in contact
with them all since 2000. Believe me I was SHOCK that I got any action at all!!!

I am not much for the defense of any Min. but Vac Min. Blaney personally
help me out when I mail him my complaint. He in some manner convince
my CM that PIA , PIAS, and VIP benefits should be approved/processed. My original complaint was no followup after 6 months after I applied for them...
for the third time....It was a surprise. Lets see what he does next!!!

The VAC web site has posted that the VAC Min Blaney will be making another statement on the 15th Oct 2012 at 10:00 local Ottawa.
