the disability tax credit is something you need to apply for you can find the application and all the info you need on the cra website.

Actually just fill this out with your doctor and submit it. Again if your disability goes back a few years theres money coming back to you once they approve it.

Cook861 The disability tax credit can be done with your doctor. Forms can be printed from the tax site. If you can prove that the diability goes back a few years there is retroactivity of the credit based on years you can prove. Do i know which cook861 this is? email me at sailor952@hotmail.ca and i'll walk you through it. I am a cook as well.

If a person is on PIA can they claim disabled on thier personal taxes....?
