Like the poem about the Soldier who only weeps while you sleep

You're a Guardian Angel to most Dennis Manuge

Well here is story or verse if you please
So pull up a log and relax your weary knees
For what I am about to tell you all
Is a true story of a soldier so inhumanly tall.
I know a plain fella by way of the east coast,
he is not very pretty short and dumpy at most.
Some say an attitude an even quicker fuse,
awe but a heart and soul that refuse to lose.
Sure we slung the words back and forth,
But that’s us soldier boys from the North.
But he has these incredible shoulders rather large ever huge
Oh yes my friends he is evil he is Dennis Manuge.
I see him standing by the ole front door
Looking tired filthy and a tad bit sore
But I have look twice before I finally see
His arms open he beckons and calls to me.
“Hey soldier,” his words are sent
“I offer you nothing but my own content”.
I tell this man his skin better be thick,
for on judgement day the roused be merciless and quick.
He laughs and points to my crusty ole frame ,
he quickly slaps my shoulder, “in victory there is no shame”.
He did say he would easily anger like most
But instead of anger he raised a glass to toast.
I said to Dennis and I was not shy
To hell with this acerman he is not a normal guy.
“It is ok what others may think and say,
alas here we are further now than yesterday.”
So at it started end it will
reality is only bitter if you swallow the pill.
Thanks Dennis shoulders are indeed a far better place when your head is filled with content.
Pro Patria
Ex-coelis.
