Teen I was under the impression that there was a camera ban in place for the settlement hearing? If so wouldn't this also include any form of camera including Skype? perhaps you could confirm.

It will not change anything this time according to  the "JAG/Yourself".  It will regain the public interest in the disabled veterans for the next class action suit.
