Re: ...Finally
Thanks guys and BTW I sent my letter, that I posted here and is on the Latest News Bulletinboard, to Harper, MacKay, Clement, Flaherty, Stoffer, Casey and other media.
A kudos also goes to Murray Brewster of the Canadian Press. He has followed and reported on this woof and whinny show since day 1. Murray is a stand up guy and one of the most informed reporters about veterans you can talk to.

Re: ...Finally
Just so you are aware this is actually RobbieRoyal no mole I
have signed my name on the bottom, had to go away for a few days. I also had a
Java script problem with one of my firefox add ons, and for some reason my
passwords became some idiotic binary post script crap and I could not log on
here using my old log on name or email but as you see it is all good, just me
and big mouth back for more

Re: ...Finally
That would be rocking to get to 8 %. I agree I think it will be lowered . But the govt has never had our backs ever......I have to not agree with this.... But if we pay less law fees that means more TAXs since less deductions......maybe the govt is looking at this to get more money back I don't know but they are up to something.....

Re: ...Finally
" Ward Branch, one the lawyers, said the fee would have been much lower
had the government chosen not to drag out litigation, especially with a
reference to the country's highest court over the legality of the
class-action certification.
"Who has made this fee that high? It's the government," Mr. Branch said in an interview."
I believe that statement has left the door open for the goc to pay less fees that 30 or 17.83%

Re: ...Finally
maybe your right robbie... they are going to get 13,500 an hour and giving them the extra .5% would raise it to 14000 an hour.. much more easy math.. lets get this done so i can do my calculations with a round number

Re: ...Finally

Re: ...Finally
the reason why GOV said 65 000 000 to much is because they are on our side. always have and always will.... plus if lawyers get that much money it will send every dog and pony after them

Re: ...Finally
I hope that justice barnes lowers the legal fees to at least 8% and the Goc claims the lawyer fees sounds like a deal to me
