it seems to me its for the certification motion of the class action but not to sure. im pretty sure its not CPI as the RCMP suit is not there yet.

I believe T-889-08 is the RCMP Class Action,

and the Manuge Class Action is T-463-07

I found the docket T-889-08 but want to run it by Teen before posting it as a whole on csat. I also sent an email to the clerk I have contact with at the Federal Courts inquiring on how this docket T-889-08 relates to the Manuge vs Crown docket T-463-07.
